1. What are our opening hours?

We work from Monday to Saturday between 7:30 am to 4:30 pm & on Sunday we make bookings for Monday.

2. How long does it take to remove the car from the premises?

It will take 30 to 60 minutes from when the booking is made and approximately 10 minutes to pick up the car from your property.

3. Is there any vehicle registration transfer application form to be completed?

No, we take off the registration plates of your car and give it back to you before removal of your car. You can take it back to any QLD department of transport and main road offices to cancel the registration plates of your car.

4. How do I get paid for my vehicle?

We only pay cash for cars during the removal. When the driver arrives for the car, he will make a cash payment and take your car away. 

5. Will there be any cost for the towing of my car?

No, there will not be any towing cost for removal of your car. We provide free towing service while you sell your car to us or other company in Kingston location.
